Who can apply?

Applications are open to all Healthcare Week Luxembourg exhibitors presenting an innovative product or service that meets the eligibility criteria described in the Awards Rules. The Awards recognise innovative solutions, not the exhibiting company itself.

How to submit your application?

Simply log in to your Exhibitor Portal and complete the online application form to present your innovation. During the first day of Healthcare Week Luxembourg, all participants will have the opportunity to discover the shortlisted innovations and help select the winners. Two Awards will be presented:

🏆 Luxembourg HealthTech Adoption Award

Open to eligible applicant companies established in Luxembourg. The award recognises the Luxembourg-based innovative solution receiving the highest cumulative score from healthcare professional voters.

🏆 Europe HealthTech Adoption Award

Ouvert aux entreprises candidates éligibles établies hors du Luxembourg. Ce prix récompense la solution innovante européenne ayant obtenu le score cumulé le plus élevé auprès des professionnels de santé votants.

🏆 HWL Visitors’ Choice Award

Open to all eligible applicant companies, whether established in Luxembourg or elsewhere in Europe. The award recognises the innovative solution receiving the highest cumulative score from HWL visitors.
