Description

Päiperléck • A Family Story Päiperléck was founded in 2009 by Robert Hein. However, its story dates back to the 1980s, when Mr. Robert Hein, the company’s founder, hotelier and passionate gastronome, decided to open the “Le Chat Botté” Hotel in Berdorf in 1982. Over the course of its history, the establishment changed its purpose and, in 1993, was transformed into a supervised residential facility, with official approval from the Ministry. In 2006, his daughters, Stéphanie and Isabelle Hein, continued the family legacy by joining the company and working alongside their father to develop new projects in the field of elderly care. Since then, one project has followed another. Today, Päiperléck is a second-generation Luxembourg-based company, active in the field of care and support services and operating throughout Luxembourg. Päiperléck specialises in care and nursing services, offering its clients a comprehensive range of services. The story of the Hein family has given rise to a family-run company with a human touch. Despite its growth, Päiperléck continues to manage its branches and services through small, localised units. This means that our clients, who are at the heart of everything we do, are cared for by a limited number of dedicated staff members. This approach enables us to build close, personal relationships with our clients while ensuring continuity and closer monitoring of their care.
