EasyMed makes remote patient monitoring accessible to everyone, with no smartphone, no app and no digital skills required from the patient.
At the heart of the solution, the EasyMed DataHub automatically collects data from medical and environmental devices and securely delivers it to healthcare information systems.
More than 100 devices are already supported, including blood pressure monitors, pulse oximeters, ECG devices, glucose meters, thermometers and scales, while new devices can be integrated quickly.
EasyMed addresses a key challenge in telehealth: enabling elderly, frail and chronically ill patients to be monitored remotely without requiring them to interact with smartphones or applications.
At home, in hospitals or in assisted-living facilities, patients simply use their medical device. EasyMed takes care of the rest: collecting, centralising and delivering the data.
Designed to integrate with existing healthcare infrastructures, EasyMed makes remote monitoring simpler, more inclusive and easier to deploy at scale.
