Easy Med is a telemonitoring system, designed to meet the needs of doctors and health care managers, who need to monitor their patients, at home or in health facilities, collecting data from biomedical and environmental devices in a simple and fast way, without requiring patients to use smartphones, tablets or other interactive electronic devices. EasyMed DataHub is designed to collect, and relay to external systems, data from a wide range of medical devices. More than 80 devices are already supported and the onboarding process of new devices is simple and fast. EasyMed DataHub is ready to be connected to any external IT system such as: medical records, hospital information systems, and more.
