Description
Denis Chênevert is a Full Professor of Human Resource Management at HEC Montréal. He serves as Associate Director of the Health Hub, Co-Director of the Change Management Axis at the SSA Support Unit, and is Co-Founder of the Centre of Expertise for Value-Based Health Innovation Management. He is also an Associate Researcher at the Centre hospitalier de l'Université de Montréal (CHUM) and holds the Professorship in Health and Work Climate.
His recent research focuses on burnout and occupational well-being among healthcare professionals, with a particular emphasis on understanding and preventing caregiver exhaustion.
