A pilot never enters a cockpit without hours in a flight simulator. Yet healthcare professionals deliver difficult diagnoses, defuse aggressive relatives and handle team tensions — often without ever having practiced. These conversations offer only one chance.
This workshop doesn't talk about AI: it puts it in the audience's hands. Volunteers practice live with an AI counterpart (immersive voice + avatar simulation) on real hospital situations — patient relationships, breaking bad news, team conflict — and receive instant feedback on both verbal and non-verbal dimensions: listening ratio, silences, prosody.
We will then share lessons learned from healthcare deployments (Urgo Médical, Caen University Hospital): how to move from occasional role-playing to measurable, scalable practice — from initial assessment to autonomous training, integrated into existing L&D programs.
Participants leave with access to try a scenario on their own phone.
