Tiro.health turns clinical documentation into structured, reusable data. Our platform combines speech recognition with FHIR-based structured reporting, so clinicians dictate or complete a report once and get both a readable letter and coded data in SNOMED CT and other standard terminologies. Hospitals use Tiro.health for synoptic pathology and oncology reports, operative notes, discharge letters and specialty registries. It is available as an embeddable SDK for EHR, LIS and PACS vendors, or as a hosted application that lets clinical teams build and maintain their own templates without an IT project. Built in Belgium, designed for EHDS-ready care.
