The National Cancer Institute (INC) is a Luxembourg non-profit organization, recognized as a public utility and mandated by the Ministry of Health and Social Security. Its mission is to coordinate and strengthen cancer care nationwide by bringing together healthcare professionals, developing national guidelines and patient pathways, coordinating multidisciplinary tumour boards, and promoting evidence-based, patient-centred care. The INC also contributes to the implementation of the National Cancer Plan (PNC2) and leads national and European initiatives to improve cancer prevention, diagnosis, treatment, supportive care, and patient information.
