Description

This round table will bring together national experts from the health, digital infrastructure, and research sectors to discuss the essential conditions for a successful integration of AI in clinical practice, with a particular focus on the concrete needs of hospitals. Through a series of targeted contributions, participants will explore the key pillars of this transformation — from the expression of clinical needs, to requirements for interoperability and data infrastructure, to the secondary use of health data within a secure, transparent, and European framework. The round table will also highlight innovative research projects integrating AI that are currently being carried out in Luxembourg, before concluding with concrete examples of how these advances are being reintegrated into clinical practice to create real impact on patient care. Organised by the National Cancer Institute (INC) as part of the European ECHoS project, this round table aims to shed light on the concrete levers enabling AI to transform oncology care, through the mobilisation of key stakeholders from Luxembourg’s ecosystem.
