Promoting innovation and  progress

The AWARDS are a highlight of HWL. As in 2024, the goal is to showcase innovative, ambitious, and promising projects that contribute to improving the healthcare sector as a whole. Four categories are proposed:
1. Innovation in Hospital Management
2. Medical Research
3. Start-up
4. Luxembourg Healthcare Start-up

This year, applications must be submitted directly online, via the dedicated HWL website.
To participate in the 2025 Awards and submit your project, keep these key dates in mind.
  • Call for applications opens: May 13, 2025
  • Deadline for submission: July 4, 2025
  • Review of applications by the jury: July 2025
  • Notification of Finalists: August 1, 2025
  • Finalists' Online Pitch: September 9 to 19, 2025
  • Finalists' Onsite Pitch: October 7, 2025 (Luxembourg Healthcare Start-up category only)
  • Announcement of Winners and Awards Ceremony: during the Gala Dinner on October 7, 2025
