Biography
Michael Sanso is a trained nurse. He began his career in 2015 within the Verbandskëscht home care network, where he carried out his first rounds.
After four years in the field, he became a quality nurse, a role that enabled him to supervise new caregivers, support them during their integration phase, and ensure compliance with internal procedures.
It was also during this period that Verbandskëscht undertook a digital transformation with the implementation of the Upcare software.
Michael then played a key role as an intermediary between the care teams and the project teams, facilitating the digital transition in the field.
Since 2023, he has held the position of Quality and Project Management Nurse. Within the Quality, Safety, and Environment team, he contributes to the continuous improvement of the care network’s processes, supports the deployment of the quality approach, and remains actively involved in the network’s cross-functional projects—particularly the project to digitize the entire organization.
