Biography
Silvia Colucci is an internationally experienced professional in the fields of innovation and digitally enabled transformation, applied to the healthcare and life sciences sectors (spanning pharmaceuticals, medical devices and diagnostics). Prior to joining the Ministry of Health and Social Security in the digitalization team, Silvia was the Manager of the Luxembourg Bioincubator. Silvia also worked for global consulting firms both in Luxembourg and in London where she focused on advising and accompanying clients at multiple stages of their digitalization journey.
