Biography

Dr. Yves Lasar Radiologist since 1994 (Doctorate, Strasbourg, France). Working in Luxembourg since 2000 (2000–2007 at CHL, since 2008 at CHEM). University diploma in forensic imaging in 2005. President of the Luxembourg Society of Radiology since 2018. Member of the Luxembourg Association of Medical Experts since 2023. Head of the Radiology Department at CHEM since 2025. As President of the Society of Radiology, I have naturally taken an interest in artificial intelligence, particularly when diagnostic assistance programs in medical imaging were introduced and implemented in hospitals across the country. As a user, I realized the lack of both national and European legal frameworks in this field.
