Biography:
Joel Da Natividade is a physiotherapist and clinical researcher at the Rehazenter. He coordinates in Luxembourg the European project ScaleUp4-Rehab, funded by Interreg NWE, which aims to promote the integration of innovative digital tools, including virtual reality, into clinical practice and home care. His expertise lies at the interface between rehabilitation and technology, with the ambition of turning digital innovation into concrete and accessible solutions for therapists and patients.

Abstract:
“During this roundtable, we will discuss current and emerging applications of AI in rehabilitation VR, the clinical benefits observed, as well as the challenges related to their integration into daily practice. The European ScaleUp4-Rehab project, which aims to promote access to and adoption of innovative digital tools by therapists and patients, including at home, will be presented as a concrete example of large-scale implementation.”
