Biography

A physiotherapist specialized in neurology for over 20 years, Xavier joined the Rehazenter 15 years ago. Passionate about holistic patient care and innovation, he is particularly interested in functional electrical stimulation and movement analysis. Highly committed to knowledge sharing, he regularly takes part in conferences, teaches courses and training sessions, organizes workshops, and supervises students. His dedication to teaching and research reflects his ambition to advance neurological rehabilitation, with a strong focus on research and development. In parallel, Xavier Masson founded an association aimed at promoting the social reintegration of people with reduced mobility through sport. For the past few months, he has been actively contributing to the MOVE project – Mobility Outcomes and Validation in Everyday Life – which addresses the growing need to assess patients in their daily lives.
