Biography
Katharina Rädel-Ablass has been a Professor of Nursing at IU International University since 2021. She earned her doctorate in 2016 at Charité Berlin with a thesis on "Constructs for Nursing Takeover" and previously worked at Ernst-Abbe-Hochschule (EAH) Jena as an interim professor in the field of Nursing Science/Clinical Nursing, as well as a professor in the field of Nursing Management. In parallel with her academic career, she has been active as a freelance consultant and coach in the healthcare sector since 2010. Her research focuses include team development in nursing, communication and artificial intelligence in healthcare, the academization and professionalization of nursing practice, and the clinical relevance of nursing research.
