AI serves as a catalyst for transforming the governance of health systems. Yet it also poses major challenges. How can we safeguard data? How do we ensure fairness and transparency? Who is in control? Who is accountable? The discussion will center on the ethical and regulatory frameworks that Europe is establishing to govern the use of AI in health, such as the European Health Data Space (EHDS) and the AI Act.
