The scale-up company Zippsafe is a young technology company that emerged from ETH Zurich in 2015. With its innovative, space-saving and digital products, it is setting new standards in the field of locker room solutions for employees. The core product, ZippSpace, replaces conventional metal lockers with flexible polymer fabric bags that adapt to the size of the items stored inside. This innovative concept saves up to 70% space compared to conventional locker systems. In addition, ZippSpace has an integrated ventilation system that prevents odours and dries damp clothing within a few hours using its drying function. Zippsafe offers the ZippManager software to manage the wardrobe solution. This innovative software simplifies the processes involved in allocating and operating Zippsafe lockers and reduces the process costs of managing changing rooms. Another product is the ZippBag, a bag specially designed for use in healthcare. It enables the hygienic and secure storage of patients' personal belongings. The accompanying ZippScan app also simplifies and digitises the recording of valuables. This contributes to improving process efficiency and safety in the hospital environment. With around 70 employees in Switzerland, the EU and the USA, Zippsafe has an impressive international client base in countries such as Germany, Austria, France, Belgium, Latvia and the USA.
