The common goal of our approximately 50 employees is to optimize the daily work of all stakeholders in international healthcare with digital tools, acting as a professional and competent partner.
This mission is based on sound scientific research. An important goal is the use of intelligent knowledge management systems to support decision-making for healthcare professionals. The main focus is on the digital, paperless implementation of clinical documentation and on communication between all professional groups involved in the clinical process.
In addition, Thieme RECOM advises and trains healthcare institutions and their software providers to expand or optimize existing digitalization approaches. The use of standardized nursing languages in institutions plays a significant role in ensuring barrier-free and cross-sector patient care. RECOM is part of the Thieme Group.
