Shared Patient Experience (SPX) is an organization dedicated to improving the Patient Experience in the healthcare sector. SPX gathers more than 300 active members (either individual or institutional) motivated by Patient Experience. Through innovative initiatives and solutions (SPX European Awards, SPX Talks, trainings and the annual SPX International Colloquium among others), it aims to motivate healthcare institutions to integrate Patient Experience at the core of their strategy to humanize care and place the patient at the heart of the process.
